listen send me carmilla headcanons about literally anything shes awful and i love her
More of interpretation than HC but here we go. I think Carmilla wanted to torment Hector since their very first conversation. She’s very sadistic and manipulative, and his naive nature played right into her hands. She isn’t fond of men, especially older cruel ones, and while she does call out everyone’s man child tendencies, she really seemed to have a twisted fondness for the true man child Hector. He’s the opposite of what she despises. He’s gentle, naive, and young. And I think she genuinely wanted to hurt him just because of that from the start. She manipulated him once, she could have done it again, but instead she chose to put him on a leash and beat him into submission when he talked back to her, while utterly indulgent, as if she wanted to do this for a long time.
There was a lot of irony from earlier episodes. Recall how everyone brought up the pet subject. From Carmilla constantly referring to Liza as one because she can’t see another function for a human, to everyone seeing Hector’s desire only for pets. Come the finale and he’s made just that by her hands. Sure, she took him in episode 6 cuz she can use him later on, but I think there was a twisted fondness for him that motivated her to take him with her. The way she kept playing with his hair and calling him hers. You can tell she wants something cute to play with. In fact we might see some real twisted irony later on if she does grow to “love” her pet. BL she’s viciously sadistic and couldn’t be happier than getting an innocent pure bean in her hands to toy with.
To add to this, I was amused by how Isaac and Hector’s conversation about vampires revealed how Hector saw them: as animals. But Isaac is all, “cats play with their food dude” and Hector tries to minimize that by saying it’s not malicious. I was like…oh sweet twisted summer child, you just predicted your dark fate!
WHELP. Carmilla sure showed him and proved Isaac’s thesis. She is playing with her food. 🙂
I also appreciate the parallel conversations between protagonists and antagonists regarding masculinity and child-like behavior. Carmilla bitching about man-children, the observations about Hector being a child who wants his pets, and Alucard being a teen in an adult’s body (which partly explains his constant teasing of Trevor).
My Carmilla HC is that her Styrian vampire inner circle are all women who are done with man-children, and she has plans for Hector that go beyond using his forgemaster skills. But still…playing with her food out of malice.

again, context big awful but like look at that and tell me you dont want her to fucking obliterate you
If anyone sees any sexual content about Carmilla/Hector outside of tumblr can I be linked please? I’m struggling to find any so I could use a guide. I don’t think I’m the only person paddling this canoe, especially with the dark sexual overtones that dynamic holds. Would really appreciate any content I can find or at least know if others are into it.
Welcome to the club 😎👉🏽 I am seriously hoping more animated shows continue the trend especially with the gender inversion of certain tropes. We out here ready to stan in our little club for evil women.
