What if when Rayla was little, Runaan would lift her up onto his shoulders, you know standard Dad thing to do.
But she would just. Hold onto his horns. Like it’s an elf thing to do for the kids to hold onto their dads’ horns for safety. Except Rayla does this to try and steer Runaan like he’s a damn horse.
I’m just a simple human girl, who likes human things, like bread, and complaining all the time.
It really speaks volumes to Rayla’s character that she is on this mission out of love for her homeland and her people. The rest of her team was there for truth, honor, justice, freedom. All admirable traits.
But Rayla is doing this for love.
