I have watched blackout 3 times today and I cannot get enough of it. It’s just a perfect episode honest to god. The music, the scenery, the characters, the fights! The Allura vs Haggar fight and the reveal! The music! I am in crisis dealing with the fact that in two weeks we are getting the second official finale. We are getting an episode on par with blackout and I cannot process that. And this time the villains *will* win cuz second act and I just can’t wait

Voltron news and trailers tend to be on Wednesday mornings so I highly suspect that the trailer is dropping soon. If not then someone should be fired. It’s already Wednesday here but it tends to happen Wednesday morning in the US so by the end of my day I’ll hopefully be treated. Social media has been active too so maybe they were trying to build up hype -which they suck at-

Next season will mark the official finale of the initial second season. Seasons 1 and 2 were one season, with blackout as the epic finale. Seasons 3-6 are the second season, so expect the empire strikes back deal with Haggar earning a victory. I suspect not only will she be worthy in Oriande, but she will also open the rift again -and maybe revive Narti- and will gain back Lotor on her side. We are promised something big. The Sincline ships might form soon, and she already has the generals on her side, with their knowledge of the rift.
