In general I think Lotor looking exactly like Haggar does now does imply that he is a zombie baby, either via tube or Haggar simply forgetting about her revival, not her marriage. Many have constantly pointed out Lotor’s looks are more otherworldly. Light purple, basically pale to the Galra, with blue eyes that seem almost ill at times, and of course his white hair. This tells me that this boy is not conceived normally, and he is constantly referred to as youthful via word of god and in-universe such as exiled brat.
